Best authentic Japanese sushi in Michigan by far! I would know as my grandma and mother are Japanese and they say it's the closest thing to eating sushi in Japan! (: The new place is beautiful! Filled with so many amazing Japanese snacks! I love the staff as they are so kind and helpful to everybody. I highly highly recommend!

The best sushi I've found in SE Michigan by far! Seems like a fairly unassuming little Japanese grocery shop, with take-out sushi or a small area with tables for dine-in. Definitely on the casual side. I don't know how they source their fish or from where but it's delicious and very fresh. They also have specialty items that are hard to find in SE Michigan, like toro or uni. I will ALWAYS order toro here. Whether in nigiri, hand roll, or maki form. It's all fabulous!

The tuna did not taste fresh. I would not recommend it. The mackerel was really dry and crumbled in my mouth. It was also incredibly fishy. The squid was pretty good and the salmon was absolutely amazing. I would 100% recommend the spicy salmon as it was really good and REALLY big. Overall a cute place since it's a small market that has pretty decent quality sushi. You can just buy it straight from the market or go up to the counter. Everything is self served though.

Came here on Friday in the late afternoon. It was not busy and perfect timing to get a late lunch in. Cane with my sister and b-i-l. Half of the place is a grocery store and half is a self service restaurant. It's very casual and you can come and go. When you come in, you can pick up ready to go sushi from the fridge or go to the kiosk in front of the sushi restaurant area near the drink fridges to order. We placed our order and waited about 10 minutes before our sushi was ready. You could also sit at a table and use the QR on the table to order as well. We orders 3 unagi(sweet tofu), 1 tomago (egg), and 3 raw scallops. The rolls we ordered spider roll, yellowtail, spicy shrimp, tuna, and I may be missing something else. It was all delicious!

I just came back from Japan so my Japanese food standards are crazy high and this place did not disappoint. I went up to the tablets and put in my order for a deluxe set, which had various nigiris and some rolls. This was $17 which is great bang for your buck. While I waited, I perused the attached market which has tons of Japanese food and snacks. My order came out quickly. There were plenty of open tables. The fish tasted fresh. The rice was good. I liked all of the different nigiri. I left a happy customer.

Absolutely love the sushi pick up option. Nice selection, I went for the salmon and a tuna roll. They were so fresh and the price was fair. Can definitely understand why this is such a hot spot. There's parking spaces but it gets filled up fast. Great spot for lunch!

Noble Fish is a fun concept. It's half sushi bar and half supermarket. Supermarket: Offers an array of Asian (mainly Japanese) pantry items. The prices are fair and reasonable compared to some other Asian supermarkets I've been to in MI. Food: For the quality, the price can't be beat. You order through the kiosk and wait for the staff to call out your number. You busk the items yourself so there's minimal contact with the staff. I waited about 20 minutes for my order to come out. Deluxe Nigiri Set ($17) // (4/5) This comes with a Tuna Roll, Tuna Nigiri, White Fish Nigiri, Salmon Nigiri, Shrimp Nigiri, Mackerel Nigiri, Eel Nigiri, and Squid Nigiri. The Tuna Roll is pretty basic. The nigiri tasted fresh and was definitely the highlight of this meal. I wish more care was put towards seasoning the rice since it tasted pretty bland. Scallop Nigiri ($3.50) // (5/5) I also ordered a scallop nigiri since it's one of my favorites! This isn't as buttery tasting as Bay Scallop, but it's still great nonetheless. They do not skimp on the portions !

Noble Fish is located inside the market which lets you know that the fish is going to be super fresh. The order was easy to place as you can do it with your phone via the barcode. It took about 15/20min to get the food but it was well worth the wait. You can sit at the bar and watch them make the food or at one of the tables away from the bar area. The miso soup was so good and the California roll & shrimp tempura was fresh and delicious also.
